Allie Kozak is passionate about helping families find equitable solutions that minimize conflict. As a lifelong Bay Area resident Allie cares about this community and its specific needs. Since family is deeply personal to everyone, Allie understands the sensitivity required when handling family law matters.
Allie started her legal career as a family law paralegal before going to law school to become an attorney. During law school, Allie specialized in family law and continues to work in and be dedicated to this practice area. Allie loves working with the great team of attorneys and paralegals she has at Modern Family Law.

Allie’s strategy is to approach all cases with sensitivity and compassion. Allie believes in working with clients to come up with practical and creative solutions to reach their desired outcomes while keeping in mind what is best for the whole family. Allie also works to minimize conflict through negotiation whenever possible to avoid further financial and relationship strain.
Allie attended Sonoma State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree. Allie then earned a degree in paralegal studies and worked as a paralegal for about 4 years. Allie earned her law degree at Golden Gate University School of Law. Allie graduated from law school with honors and with a specialization certificate in family law.
