Biography
Chelsea Deeder is a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional with years of litigation paralegal experience, including family law. During her career as a paralegal, she gained perspective into the complexity of family law and understands how unique each situation is. When Colorado implemented the Licensed Legal Paraprofessional occupation, Chelsea knew this was the direction she wanted to take her career. Being an LLP blends Chelsea’s passion for helping others with her love of the legal profession.
As a problem solver and someone who loves a good challenge, Chelsea finds the legal profession fascinating. Her motivation comes from the resolution of challenging situations with positive outcomes.
In her free time, Chelsea looks forward to spending time with her husband and two rambunctious boys. She also enjoys getting comfortable on the couch with a challenging puzzle or a good book to relax.

Chelsea’s strategy includes supporting her clients from start to finish in the best way possible. Chelsea doesn’t see the outcome of a case as a win or lose, but rather guiding the client through the transition to their new way of life. She strives to make sure her clients end the process on a positive trajectory.
Whether a divorce, child support modification, or any other family law matter, Chelsea understands each case is unique. She focuses on the challenges of every case and through the legal process, fights for her client to obtain a favorable resolution quickly and effectively.
Chelsea graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she majored in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. After graduation, Chelsea entered the legal profession in Nevada. A few years later, Chelsea had an opportunity to further her career in Washington DC as a legal secretary for Covington & Burling. This move led her to obtain her post-baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from the Duke Continuing Studies program in 2018.
Upon relocating to Colorado and working in Family Law for several years, Chelsea pursued her limited license to practice family law as a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional. She was proudly part of Colorado’s First LLP Cohort sworn in by the Colorado Supreme Court on June 20, 2024.
