Swapna Samuel is an accomplished attorney who has specialized in the practice of family law for almost a decade. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success to hundreds of clients.
Swapna earned her initial law degree from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice in Australia in 2010. Having found her passion for family law in law school, she began practicing family law almost immediately after graduation. She also volunteered with her local after-hours clinic assisting indigent populations with family violence resources, immigration, and tenancy disputes.
Swapna immigrated to the United States several years into her legal career in Australia, but never lost her passion for the legal world. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Master of Laws and has been licensed to practice in Texas since 2017. She continued to specialize in family law and brought her passion to Modern Family Law in 2024.
Swapna brings with her a fierce loyalty and commitment to the needs of her clients, whether working amicably towards settlement or within the battleground of the district courts.
