Biography
Sydney was born and raised in Salina Kansas, moved to Dallas in 2020 to attend SMU Dedman School of Law, and then moved to Denver in 2023 to begin practicing law. Sydney has a background in criminal defense, civil rights litigation, and family law. Sydney’s experience provides her with a versatile skillset and perspective that allows her to approach legal issues from multiple angles.

At the heart of Sydney’s representation is compassion. Sydney takes time to learn and understand each client and the unique issues they are facing and tailor her legal representation to the needs of the client. Sydney understands that every family situation is deeply personal and approaches each case with respect for her client’s experiences and goals. Communication is another cornerstone of Sydney’s legal strategy, she works hard to be transparent with her clients, and provide clear guidance and realistic expectations throughout the legal process.
Sydney attended the University of Kansas where she majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. During undergrad, Sydney got to spend a summer studying abroad in Italy. Sydney earned her law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude and was a notes editor for the Science and Technology Law Review. During law school, Sydney was a part of the Criminal Law Clinic where she represented criminal clients under a student bar license and later became a Chief of the Clinic to help assist law students in representing their clients.
